Late Entry

We encourage all attendees to arrive promptly to make the most of their experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause attendees to arrive after the event’s scheduled start time. To ensure a smooth experience for both latecomers and fellow attendees, we have established the following late entry policy:

  • Cut-off Time: Latecomers will be admitted up to 15 minutes after the event’s official start time.
  • Seating: Latecomers may be required to wait for a suitable break or intermission before being seated. Please note that late seating may be subject to the discretion of event staff to minimize disruptions.
  • General Admission: For events with general admission seating or standing, latecomers will be directed by event staff to available seats or standing areas without causing disruptions to other attendees.
  • Ticket Verification: Latecomers must present a valid event ticket for entry. If you have an electronic ticket, please ensure it’s accessible on your mobile device.
  • No Refund: We have a strict no-refund policy for latecomers. Regardless of the reason for tardiness, we are unable to provide refunds for missed portions of the event.
Courtesy to Others: We kindly request that latecomers be considerate of other attendees. Please enter the venue quietly and follow the instructions of the event staff.
  • Doors Closing: Once the late entry cut-off time has passed, the venue doors may be closed to minimize disruptions to the event. Latecomers who arrive after this time may not be admitted.
  • Event Duration: While we aim to accommodate latecomers, please be aware that you may miss a portion of the event due to late entry.
  • Late Entry Disclaimer: We reserve the right to adjust the late entry policy as necessary based on the specific requirements of each event.
  • Special Considerations: For special considerations or assistance related to late entry, please approach our on-site customer service desk.
  • Venue-Specific Policies: Please note that venue-specific policies may also apply regarding late entry, and we will adhere to these policies as necessary.
